PRODUCTION AND TESTING

• Material Inspection

  Our raw material purchasing department inspects all incoming parts immediately upon receipt to ensure they meet high standards and are qualified for use in our machines.

• Production Inspection

  During production, we conduct performance testing at each stage, including semi-finished and finished products, to ensure every step aligns with the production plan and meets customer requirements.

• Factory Inspection

  After completing step 2, Derui maintains its own factory inspection records. All performance criteria are thoroughly checked to ensure they meet factory standards, and these checks are completed before shipment.

• ISO 17025 Lab Inspection

  We can arrange for equipment inspection by an ISO 17025 accredited lab after the factory inspection, based on the customer's requirements. The ISO 17025 lab is CNAS-certified and well-regarded for its expertise in testing machine accuracy.
