HOW TO SERVICE?

At first, our equipment are produced based on 20 years product lifetime. Normally once our equipment have problems, we judge the problems, and send spare parts to you, and teach you how to change new parts by email or video. Under warranty year, all spare parts and shipping cost (by DHL, TNT, and FedEx) will be paid by ASLI.

After warranty year, we offer the equipment lifetime maintenance, the users undertake the parts charge. If you need our engineers on-site installation and training, this is optional. You can contact us to get more information.
