The Foam Impact Fatigue Tester is a cutting-edge device engineered to assess the endurance of foam materials under repetitive impact conditions . It is meticulously designed to conform to a suite of international standards, including GB/T 6670-2008, ASTM D 3574, ISO 8307, and the Japanese SES E3296 test standard .

This tester employs a method where a ball of specified diameter and mass is dropped from a set height onto a foam specimen. The resilience of the foam is quantified by calculating the spring rate, which is the percentage ratio between the maximum drop height and the rebound height. This measure indicates the foam's ability to return to its original form after deformation, a critical property for applications requiring high resilience
