Incline Impact Tester

Incline Impact tester are used to simulates environmental dynamic forces that packaged goods may endure throughout transport and handling operations. These hazardous dynamics are simulated using impact test systems. Inclined impact test systems utilize a carriage that propels the test sample down a ramp at predetermined velocities before impacting into a fixed backstop. 

This side impact testing is used in numerous laboratory applications, including product and packaging design, packaged product transport simulation, and palletized unit load stability validation.

Hardware Features:

1. The whole is composed of thickened square pass, thickened I-beam and solid steel to avoid impact displacement during testing and ensure the stability of the machine;

2. The appearance of the machine adopts the paint spraying process, with high anti-rust ability and beautiful appearance;

3. The track and impact pulley have a strong load, up to 500kg;

4. Double oil cylinder lifting device, the structure is more solid and stable;

5. The impact pulley is equipped with pulleys, and the sliding friction is small to ensure the accuracy of the data;

6. After the test platform hits the impact plate, the impact plate has anti-secondary impact impact to ensure the accuracy of the data.

Software Features:

1. Adopt touch screen PLC program control, easy to operate;

2. The switch sensor is used to sense the impact pulley, and the program automatically calculates the impact speed to ensure the speed is accurate;
