Ink Printing Rub Durability Tester

The Ink Printing Rub Durability Tester is designed for assessing the durability of ink layers on various materials, including labels, folding cartons, and 

corrugated boxes.

This versatile device is capable of performing both dry and wet rub tests, color transfer assessments, paper fuzz evaluations, and specialized friction tests. 

It aids users in diagnosing issues such as reduced abrasion resistance, ink layer detachment, decreased printability of PS board, and the adhesion of 

coating layers on other products.

1.  Advanced Automation: The Ink Rub Tester features a single-arm, three-column structure with pneumatic reset, pneumatic control drop, and an 

electric lifting device, ensuring high automation and ease of operation.

2.  Durability and Protection: Equipped with a buffer device, it minimizes damage to the instrument from the impact of the sample holder, thereby 

extending the machine's lifespan.

3.  Stable and Accurate: It adopts a screw drive mechanism, providing more stability and accuracy compared to traditional chain drives, ensuring 

reliable test results.

4.  Intuitive Control: The machine is controlled by a touch screen and PLC, allowing users to set test parameters such as drop height and the number 

of drops.
