Pneumatic Single-Wing Drop Tester

The Pneumatic Single-Wing Drop Tester is designed to simulate the impact damage to product packaging during drops and to evaluate its crashworthiness 

throughout transportation and handling processes.

This tester is capable of conducting free-fall tests on various package orientations, including the surface, corner, and edge impacts. It is outfitted with a 

digital height indicator and an encoder for precise height measurement, ensuring accurate drop height data for each test conducted.

1. Single-Arm, Three-Column Design: This tester features a single-arm and three-column framework, incorporating pneumatic reset, pneumatic drop 

control, and an electric lifting mechanism for versatile testing capabilities.

2. Impact Buffering System: It includes a buffering system to mitigate damage to the instrument from the impact of the sample holder, thus extending the 

equipment's lifespan.

3. Screw Drive Mechanism: Instead of traditional chain mechanisms, this model uses a screw drive for more stable operation and enhanced accuracy in 

test outcomes.

4. Intuitive Touchscreen Interface: Controlled by a touchscreen and PLC, it allows for the customization of test parameters, including drop height and the 

number of drops.

5. Safety Features: Equipped with stroke limit and leakage protection to ensure secure operation and protect the integrity of the test.

6. Drop Height Range: The tester offers a generous drop height range from 300mm to 1800mm, indicated by precise data indicators.
