Programmable Ozone Aging Test Chamber

The Ozone Aging Test Chamber is utilized for assessing the ozone resistance of rubber materials, including vulcanized rubbers, thermoplastic elastomers, and cable insulation. This equipment subjects the rubber specimens to a controlled environment with a constant ozone concentration and temperature within a sealed chamber. Tests can be conducted under static tension, continuous dynamic tension, or a combination of intermittent dynamic tension and static elongation. The chamber evaluates the specimens at set intervals, monitoring the progression of surface cracks or other performance indicators. These observations are crucial for determining the rubber's resistance to ozone-induced aging.

3. Equipped with a long-shaft fan motor and temperature-resistant aluminum alloy propellers for vertical air circulation.

7. The exhaust system removes high-concentration ozone to prevent poisoning.
