This energy-saving constant temperature and humidity testing chamber employs cutting-edge PID control technology to optimize energy consumption, especially in low-temperature environments. During low-temperature operation, the heating element is inactive, with the PID system taking the lead in meticulously adjusting the flow rate and direction of the refrigerant. Additionally, by intelligently managing the flow of the refrigerant, cold bypass, and hot bypass, the chamber automatically maintains a stable temperature within the working space. This design significantly reduces energy usage by up to 30% during low-temperature operations.
At the heart of this technology is the use of the Danish Danfoss company's ETS series electronic expansion valves, which can flexibly adjust the cooling capacity to meet varying cooling demands. This means that when different cooling rates are required, the compressor's cooling capacity can be adjusted accordingly. In essence, this testing chamber not only ensures a stable temperature and humidity environment for testing but also greatly enhances energy efficiency and reduces energy costs through the precise control of electronic expansion valves and the intelligent regulation of PID technology.
